CUeCard Requirements
The following criteria have been established to qualify for the CUeCard.
- Must have an active checking account with the credit union
- Must have no negative checking account relationship with any financial institution
- Must pass a credit screen
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Setup and Activation Process
Once a member’s CUeCard application has been processed, a card will be sent directly to the member’s home address within
7-14 business days. A separate mailing containing the PIN number will also be sent to the member’s home address.
Upon receipt of the CUeCard and PIN, the member must activate the card during business hours by calling our Main Office at 214-574-2000, or 800-388-7889, Option 5 and
request card activation.
PIN changes can only be done in person at either the Main office, Riverway, or Space Park offices by using the PIN encoding equipment
authorized by the Card Provider. For security purposes, only the card owner will have access to the PIN information.
The credit union will never see or have access to the PIN information.
An ATM card will be available for those members who either do not qualify or do not want a debit card. ATM cards will be issued instantly
at the Main office, Riverway, or Space Park offices. Pre-encrypted PIN numbers will be provided (in person or mailed) to members.
Changes to the PIN can only be done in person at any of these same office by using the PIN encoding equipment authorized by the Card Provider.
